		<description>Since Verizon is blocking Google from a &quot;feature&quot; of their device, not their network, it would seem to be easy to argue around this if Verizon allows other devices.  The real issue here is that the device isn&#039;t a general purpose device, since it does not give the person who buys it root.</description>
